Refund & Returns

Our returns policy extends for a period of 14 days from the time of receipt of your item. Within this period you can submit a request to return your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with the original tags and packaging. You must also have proof of purchase.

It is important to note that the costs of returning the product to our warehouse will be borne by the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nxlimitofficial.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to ship the package. Please remember that returns that have not been requested in advance will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find the item is defective, damaged, or if you have mistakenly received the wrong item. This way we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you want to exchange. Once your return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
